Each of us at least once in his life took water directly from a holy spring. There was a belief in olden time that any person can able to obtain the power of the earth if he drank water from a holy spring.
Many legends and traditions of the people living close to are associated with the springs. People consider some springs to be sacred, salutiferous and use it for the treatment of various diseases.
Thus the spring located in the village of Aktau of the Taskala district of the West Kazakhstan region was consecrated and now people take care about its ecological sate. The spring have always been a favourite place for rest. The spring is considered as a source of life, people always went here to get water for daily needs and drinking.
